We ensure we put all our trainees on the most appropriate path to becoming a finance professional because we believe in providing a range of entry routes to our qualifications to people who can demonstrate their ability and application. It doesn’t matter to us what qualifications trainees arrive with. Because we know that once we’re finished, they’ll be fully qualified to work in any sector of business, anywhere on the planet.
