Good governance

ACCA is respected throughout the world as an authority on good governance, and for its commitment to global quality assurance. This includes practising certificates for members offering accounting and auditing services, compliance with national regulatory and statutory requirements, processes for monitoring members' compliance with the ACCA Rulebook and well-respected, independent procedures for handling complaints and disciplinary matters.

ACCA also encourages firms to adopt best practice with respect to client care and service through the ACCA Quality Checked award – now adopted by 200 firms in the UK and Ireland.
