WORKING WITH ACCA

This section gives you an overview of the benefits of working with ACCA. It also explains how you can recruit ACCA trainees and register them for the ACCA Qualification.

ACCA APPROVED EMPLOYERS

This section gives detailed information on our Approved Employer programme. It contains information on:

• The three levels of accreditation which you can attain - Trainee development, Practising certificate development and Professional development
• Our assessment criteria
• The benefits for you
• How you can apply.

There is also a subsection containing a number of services you can use once you are registered as an ACCA Approved Employer.

Approved Employer services

Among the services that are available to you are:

• Career Pathways - a global sector-specific career development resource
• Account management services - provided by us to support you with learning and development
• Learning resources for Employers accredited at our Professional Development level. These include an online knowledge library and a professional development matrix to help employees plan their CPD
• Professional Insight - a database of research on human capital issues within the finance profession.

This section contains a range of useful resources for Approved Employers, including:

• Information on our partnerships
• Our employer publications, including Accounting Link magazine
• Recruitment services such as a database for you to post your vacancies, our direct mailing services and a database of recruitment consultants
• Events and networks.
