New practical experience exemptions for Approved Employer students

Exemptions from the Trainee Development Matrix

19 Jan 2007

Trainees who work for an Approved Employer approved under the Trainee Development stream at either gold or platinum level are automatically eligible for an exemption from the requirement to complete a  (TDM) as part of ACCA's practical experience requirements (PER).

This is effective from 1 January 2007. Trainees are simply required to submit an annual declaration confirming they are employed by an Approved Employer who holds gold or platinum approval. The exemption is a great benefit for both trainees and employers and minimises ACCA compliance requirements
