ACCA is welcoming in the new year with a fresh and revamped website. This innovative new site aims to ensure that you can navigate each section quickly and effectively to find the information you need.

CPD & CAREERS

The CPD & Careers section of the new members' channel contains ACCA Realise - ACCA's leading-edge CPD site for members. There are also a wealth of resources to support you in your career.

CPD requirements

This subsection contains everything you need to know about how to fulfil your CPD requirements as an ACCA member. We are here to support you every step of the way, with guidance on how to obtain CPD credits as well as how to record them. There is an online evidence record for you to record your CPD activities and a facility to submit your CPD return online.

Learning opportunities

This subsection provides you with an online Professional Development Matrix to help you identify the knowledge, skills and expertise you need in your present role. There is also a wealth of services and tools to support you in sourcing and achieving your CPD, including listings of ACCA's CPD events, third-party registered CPD providers and a range of e-learning courses offered by our expert partners. There is an online knowledge library, designed to help you improve your skills in the workplace, and details of the other ways you can obtain CPD, such as through networking, or partner bodies.

Career support

The member careers support subsection contains resources to help you plan and manage your career. It contains a database of global vacancies as well as salary surveys, job boards, recruitment consultant listings and career management resources. This subsection also includes Career Pathways - a new sector-specific career and professional development resource.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & ETHICS

Accountancy is one of the most respected professions in the world and ACCA works hard to ensure our members adopt the highest standards of practice and ethical conduct. This section includes:

Rules and standards

This subsection contains an online edition of ACCA's Rulebook, as well as free access for ACCA members to global accounting and auditing standards.

ACCA Quality Checked and Global quality assurance

These subsections contain full details of ACCA's Quality Checked Scheme - which helps ACCA member firms to enhance the value of services offered to clients by applying best practice standards.

Practising information

This subsection contains all the information that members need in order to work as a practitioner. It contains everything you need to know about practising certificates and licences.

Monitoring and statuatory regulation

This subsection contains information on ACCA's monitoring and statuatory regulation in respect of auditing, insolvency and investment businesses.

Committees

This subsection contains details of disciplinary hearings which have taken place, as well as any appeals and their outcomes. For reference, there is a listing of regulatory precedents.

Complaints

This subsection is for members of the public who wish to make a complaint about an ACCA member.

PUBLICATIONS

This section contains our range of magazines, factsheets and booklets for members, including Accounting & Business, our sector-specific magazines and booklets, and a range of technical factsheets. All our online editions contain an archive of back issues and are fully searchable.

SUPPORT FOR MEMBERSHIP

This section contains all of the resources that you need to administrate your membership. These include subscriptions, fees and change of address details, practising information, certificate information and all useful forms and documents.

POST-PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

This section contains details of our online diplomas and certificates and our online MBA, delivered in partnership with Oxford Brookes University.
