| The
Association of British Accountants in France (ABAF) is a CCAB Group, membership
of which is open to all British and Irish qualified accountants resident
in France. The current membership fee is FF 50 p.a. The ABAF organises
5/6 events each year and invites senior personalities from the French
accounting profession and associated French bodies to speak at its sessions.
An attendance fee of FF 250 is charged for each event. Its main aim is
to provide contacts amongst the community of British Accountants living
in France and to enhance communications with the CCAB bodies. All Chartered
Certified Accountants whose membership details indicate that they are
living in France are automatically invited to join ABAF and attend its
events.
