First ACCA delegation to China
In November, the first ACCA delegation visited the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP), the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), two weeks after CICPA’s establishment.

CICPA was founded on 15 November 1988.
