ACCA is one of the preferred qualifications for state-owned enterprises
ACCA has become one of the preferred qualifications for state-owned enterprises (SOE) who require internationally qualified finance talent. SOE giants including China Mobile Communications, China Life Insurance, Huaneng Power International offer a sponsorship opportunity for their finance employees to study for the ACCA Qualification.  In 2007, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China sponsored 127 finance staff to train towards the ACCA Qualification under a corporate professional development programme.

CICPA Guiding Opinions on Reinforcing Cultivation of Professional Talents was issued in June.
