1. These terms and conditions ('the rules') govern the accaglobal.com website survey prize competition ('the competition').
2. The competition is open to all members of the public.
3. Completed surveys can only be submitted by completing the online survey.
4. Completed surveys must be received by noon Greenwich Mean Time on 9 June 2008.
5. The winner of the iPod will be drawn at random from the completed online survey with the correct competition answer received by the deadline set out in Rule 4.
6. ACCA reserves the right to publicise the names of the winners on the ACCA website and you consent to this by submission of your completed survey.
7. Receipt of surveys shall not be acknowledged and no correspondence shall be entered into.
8. ACCA's decision shall be final.
9. Only one survey per person is permitted. Submission of multiple entries will result in the editor disqualifying all entries by that reader.
10. ACCA reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
11. ACCA officers, employees, and their relatives or members of their families and households are not eligible to enter the competition.
