SEPTC is a Shanghai-based education agency founded by Hong Kong Financial Services Institute (HKFSI) to provide training in international professional qualification certifications. By drawing upon abundant resources and rich experience of HKFSI in the field of education, we are beefed up in carrying out our creed “Give priority to human-oriented education” and operating a series of popular training courses for top-end overseas certifications. As the certifications claim wide international recognition and meet extensive applicability, they are well-received among learners engaged in relevant industries.

Shanghai Excel Professional Training Centre, a subordinate of Hong Kong financial Services Institute, is registered in Shanghai and was put into operation in February 2002. Since then, it has been engaged in bringing in advanced overseas certification programs which have been favourably received by professionals in related fields in China. The year 2005 witnessed us elevated to an ACCA Registered CPD Provider.
Our CPD Course has been designed to achieve the following objectives:
