Mentoring is an important development tool that can be used to enhance skills and motivation. This seminar will examine the role of the workplace mentor.

Specifically the following questions will be answered:

  • What is workplace mentoring?
  • How does a mentoring relationship work?
  • When is it suitable to use workplace mentoring?
  • How do I develop mentoring skills?
  • How does ACCA make use of mentoring as part of its qualification process?
