Regina has over 15 years experience delivering large scale business and technology changes to major oil companies around the world.  She has significant depth and expertise in business transformation, process redesign, organizational design and change management.
 
Regina has spoken at forums like:  World Energy Conference, National Petroleum Refiners Association, and International Society for Performance Improvement.  She has published many thought leadership articles on performance improvement within the energy industry.  She received the 2002 Women in Technology award.
 
Regina has a Masters degree from Harvard University and a Bachelors Degree from Cornell University.  She was a captain in the US Army Reserve (and interned with SHAPE and the Pentagon).  She was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Being the Best:  Insights from Leading Finance Functions

For almost a decade, CFOs of global companies have been striving to transform the finance function from an inward looking organization focused primarily on financial reporting and controls, to one that spends more time focused on strategic decision making and value creation.  This discussion will share the results of a survey conducted by KPMG in collaboration with the Economist Intelligence Unit to shed some light on the attributes of a leading finance function.

The meeting will be subsidized by ACCA-US for members, affiliates and students.  Guests are most welcome, but will not be subsidized.  There will be a cash bar.

The event will qualify for CPD credit.  One hour equals one credit.
