ACCA launches revised and enhanced careers website
Students get the chance to win an iPod
ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) has launched its revised and enhanced careers website, aimed at students.
To celebrate, ACCA is giving students an opportunity to win a brand new 8GB iPod Nano. The competition is already open and to be in with a chance of winning, four questions have to be answered about the website’s content.
Neil Stevenson, Executive Director – Brand at ACCA, says:
“As the introduction to this new website says, hundreds of thousands of people choose a career in accountancy. This site is full of valuable information to guide people interested in being a finance professional through the many choices available to them. ACCA Careers provides comprehensive guidance, insight and tips to ensure that whatever decision someone makes, they have the right information to help them.”
ACCA has co-operated with partners such as Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD), CareersinAudit and Accenture to offer the best advice for students looking to start a career in accountancy. There is also a job search engine and advice for overseas students.
Details can be found at the new website at www.accaglobal.com/careers
