 -Act as a strategic business partner by providing financial advise on business decision, acquisition & disposal, business modeling.
-Carrying out monthly management reporting & analysis, i.e. reports compilation and preparation, reconciliation & analysis, as well as provide timely & accurate supplementary costing information and/ or analysis when required.
-Responsible for the tax function & cash flow of Property Investment.
-Provision of financial data to enable the Account to perform to financial expectations and ensure all business decisions are supported by thorough financial analysis.
-Preparation of business plans and provide timely running forecast on quarterly basis. | |
| Person specification: | |
| -Degree in Accounting/ ACCA/ CIMA/ MICPA. -Min 3-5 years working experience in financial analysis, costing or accounting areas. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Good presentation skill. -Ability to work independently. -Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. | |
