| Responsibilities: •Carry out critical review of the monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting/ classification of entries •Supervise and oversee all the management accounting (ie analysis) work done by Adelaide team •Perform required financial analysis to support the sales and customer service team •Prepare, analyze company financial report to ensure the analysis work could support the analysis work of finance management team and operation departments. •Management of cashflow & treasury function •Compliance with local laws & regulations in the areas of corporate compliance, accounting standards, taxes, statutory reporting / filing & corporate governance •Furnish timely & accurate financial information & reports for management •Actively work on cost savings initiatives across various functions within the organization •Implement best practice internal control policies and procedures into Australian context •Assist or lead in the effort of identification operational issues related accounting, communication with operation department in order to enhance the standard procedures of operation department. •Perform self-inspection on work areas and implement measures to ensure compliance to the Group accounting and country practices and guidelines •Assist in HR & Admin matters •Assist in other adhoc projects & assignments | |

| Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. •Required skill(s): Leadership skill, Finance & Cost analysis. •Knowledge of ERP an added advantage. •At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. •Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. •Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. •Independent and also to lead the team. •Team players, result oriented and able to meet stringent reporting deadlines. •Occasional overseas traveling is required | |
