| Reporting to Chief Financial Officer / Group Financial Controller. To head the finance department on managing company's financial, accounting, costing and tax compliance. Responsible for statutory reporting, corporate governance, management reporting, financial planning, internal controls, risk management, company's budget, forecasting and analysis. Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agent and relevant authorities. Assist in ensuring compliance with Company's policies, procedures, statutory requirement, approval accounting standards, tax ruling etc | |

| At lease 5 years working experience preferably in Property Development environment. Possess a recognized Degree in Accountancy and professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA. Knowledge in IFCA system is an added advantage. Good communication and analytical skills, result-orientated with strong initiatives and good working attitude | |
