| To lead the accounts, finance and credit functions. This will include statutory reporting, corporate governance, management reporting, credit control and budgeting for the company and its subsidiaries. To liaison with external parties such as auditor and bankers. | |
| Person specification: | |
| At least a degree in accounting and member of MIA or member of ACCA / CIMA / CPA. At least 5 years of working exposure in the manufacturing concern of which 3 years in senior capacity. With audit experience is an added advantage. Prefer possess working experience with listed company and having knowledge on Bursa Malaysia listing requirements as well as Security Commission ruling. | |
