| Controls Analyst (Johor - Muar Malaysia) Responsibilities: Details of assets and inventory codes are maintained on an advanced and powerful ERP platform (SAP), and this needs careful interpretation 1. Lead the operation and improvement of the system of controls in the Muar plant. Objective is to ensure that assets are well controlled, operating reports of results are accurate, and any unexplained differences are followed up. The work is documented so as to fit into the Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Operate some of the SAP controls at month end closing 2. Organize and supervise the checks on assets (inventory and capital assets) in Muar plant and at any related operations (this may include some sub contractors within the Asia Pacific region). Responsible for defining the scope of checks made, reconciling and following up discrepancies. Following from the work of the counts to propose any improved processes for control of assets. 3. Participate in the purchase to payment cycle, as the responsible to the Financial Controller for bank reconciliation. 4. | Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy. A team player with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
