In-house training is a clear way to achieve CPD. Examples include:
- attending class-room based training
- attending formal or informal staff or business updates
- attending team meetings where new information is being imparted.
It is important to consider whether you have had a learning experience, and whether the learning was relevant to your role or career aspirations. If you attend a training session that was not relevant to you after all, you should not count it towards your CPD.
