This edition looks at how accountants in a wide range of roles contribute to managing risk as part of their normal work. It also looks at management accounting, financial forecasting, internal reporting and other disciplines that support decision-making and explores their importance as components of an integrated risk management approach.
Q: Why an iPad app? What about other devices?
A: Although this first app is for the iPad, we're planning to launch on other tablet devices once there are enough of them out there.
Q: How often will new editions be added to the app’s library?
A: New editions, covering areas such as finance transformation and environmental accountability, will be added as new research and insights findings are published by ACCA – we are aiming to deliver six editions in 2012.
Q: I can’t work out how to use the app
A: There’s a ‘How to’ feature built into the app, explaining the functionality - including videos on how to navigate and explore the content.
