ACCA's Annual General Meeting takes place in September every year. In 2014, the 109th meeting will take place on 18 September at ACCA head office at 29 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London.

In addition, every year ACCA holds an election for Council members. Candidates come from all parts of the world, from every sector of the profession, and represent a wide range of senior positions. What they all have in common however, is a real desire to be involved in ACCA at the most strategic level and ACCA welcomes members of all ages and backgrounds to stand for election to Council. Use your vote

All members are eligible to vote in the AGM and Council elections and are contacted automatically by email or by post in July, so members are advised to keep their contact details up to date by using myACCA

Voting is administered independently by Electoral Reform Services and the results are announced at the AGM.

March/April

Council vacancies announced and confirmation of Council members standing for re-election.

June

Closing date for candidate applications: 18 June 2014.

July

Candidate details circulated to all members. Postal and electronic ballot opens.

September

Ballots close one week before the AGM on 11 September 2014.

Results announced at the ACCA AGM on 18 September 2014.
