Moore Stephens must be delighted that they have such a talented accountant on their staff. I wish Jennifer well in her continued studies and look forward to her joining our global body of members and maybe the Bedford, Luton and Northampton members’ network in the future

Jennifer Arber from Desborough has beaten more than 26,500 of her fellow ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) students from around the world to finish top in her F7 (Financial Reporting) exam

The award is even more remarkable as it comes just six months after finishing top of all students who took the Audit and Assurance exam in December.

Andre Misso, ACCA’s Bedford, Luton and Northampton members’ network chair, said: 'This is an outstanding achievement for Jennifer. Finishing top in one of the exams you sit on the journey to becoming a qualified ACCA accountant is something to be celebrated, but to do this twice and within six months is incredible. Jennifer is clearly demonstrating a huge commitment to her studies, and I have no doubt that she brings the same determination to her job.

'Moore Stephens must be delighted that they have such a talented accountant on their staff. I wish Jennifer well in her continued studies and look forward to her joining our global body of members and maybe the Bedford, Luton and Northampton members’ network in the future.'

Nick Bairstow, partner at Moore Stephens said: 'Jennifer is a great asset to us here at Moore Stephens and we are very proud of her fantastic achievements – to finish top once is incredible, to do so twice is outstanding. We believe very strongly in training and staff development at Moore Stephens and Jennifer is just as dedicated here in the office as she is in the examination environment. We are thrilled that her hard work and talent has been recognised and rewarded. Let’s see if she can complete a hat-trick!'

Prior to studying ACCA, Jennifer completed her AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and now works at Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants as a trainee accountant.
