How to reinstate your membership
In order to make reinstatement a smooth and swift process it is important that you complete, sign and return the reinstatement form (which can be downloaded from the 'related documents' area of this page) along with any other required documentation outlined on the form.
The reinstatement form fully explains what you need to do depending on your situation, whether you were removed for:
- non-payment of ACCA fees
- non-compliance with CPD
- both of the above
- resignation, bankruptcy or disciplinary reasons.
There is no deadline for reinstatement and former members can be re-admitted throughout the year. However if you were removed from the register as a result of disciplinary action, you must wait at least 12 months from the effective date of the disciplinary order before you are eligible to apply for reinstatement.
