ACCA - The global body for professional accountants

At a minimum you need to be able to prove, on an annual basis, that you understand the ACCA code of conduct. This must be done when you return your CPD each year.

Beyond satisfying that requirement, it is important to remember that good conduct is good for business. Making the right decision based on the code of conduct can be good for you, your clients and colleagues, and your organisation.

The consequences of professional misconduct, on the other hand, can lead to a loss of reputation, a fine, or even a jail sentence.
