Finance Programme
uring the three-year Finance programme you will spend time in different parts of the Barclays Group. You will receive world-class development training along the way through Barclays' award winning Finance Academy and by the end of it you will have a real understanding of how Barclays works and the part Finance plays in our long-term strategy. Plus you will have the opportunity to gain an ACCA accountancy qualification which will stand you in good stead wherever your career takes you.
Who we are looking for
You will need to bring with you a mix of analytical, commercial and interpersonal skills. You'll have the ability to build strong relationships, be flexible and willing to develop new skills in a variety of roles and business areas. Most importantly you'll have the drive and ambition to succeed within Finance. The programme lasts three years and applicants must have a 2.1 in a finance or business related degree.
