Think IBM is just a technology company? Then think again.
In fact, we are an ideas company operating across diverse business streams including Consulting, Sales and Development, IT and Technology, embracing innovation at every turn. The Finance function within IBM offers a breadth of experience to graduates. IBM is a complex organisation operating in multiple markets globally and therefore working within Finance in the UK provides the opportunity to experience and understand how the IBM business consolidates to Corporate level.
Join our graduate scheme and you'll find yourself working for a company where you'll be challenged and stretched on a daily basis and where you'll get genuine responsibility from day one. It's no wonder then that we've been voted the Target Graduate Employer of the year for 3 years in a row, and The Times IT Graduate Employer of choice for the last 5 years.
Graduate Opportunities
The opportunities on offer range from those related to ensuring the integrity of the monthly results reporting cycle, through business advisory roles to front line support for new business opportunities.
During your first 2-3 years with us, you will be closely career managed and mentored to ensure you experience a number of varied environments and roles at IBM including Accounting, Planning and Pricing. In-house training on business and personal skills are layered in addition to the External Professional Qualification studies to help you develop. Completion of professional qualifications is an expectation and therefore sponsorship for ACCA studies is available to assist you with fees and study time.
