Tenon is a UK 'top 10' accountancy and business advisory group, with over 40 offices and 1,800 staff, offering advice and accounting services to entrepreneurs and their businesses.

Tenon provides a broad range of services including accounts, audit, corporate finance, financial services, outsourcing, recovery and tax. We also offer specialist advice in areas such as entertainment, media, sport, construction, education, professional practices, healthcare and government and public services.

Whilst Tenon is a national firm, we are passionately local. Each office is important and each employee valuable. This gives increased visibility to each individual and with this brings more responsibility. As a leading adviser to entrepreneurs, you can be assured that when you join Tenon, you'll work closely with clients in real, practical situations. You'll get to know them and make decisions based on their ambitions. It's tough, demanding work, but it's exciting and immensely fulfilling too.

Trainee Positions

Joining Tenon means you will be part of an advisory group that has a market position that clearly sets it apart from other firms. You'll be important to us and so we're prepared to put in the time and effort to support you in your work and studies. In the Tenon Student Academy, you'll benefit from a full 21 days of internal residential training. This, combined with external training and on-the-job mentoring means that our graduate training programme is ranked alongside the very best and as an ACCA platinum employer you can be sure you will receive excellent support in your pursuit of your ACCA Qualification.
