Our scheme is rotational which means you have the fantastic opportunity to do placements in a number of different companies within the Group, giving you a varied and challenging experience.
We don't recruit you into a specific role so we actively encourage all our graduates to get as much experience as possible across the diverse business network, to help you identify what future career you want to follow and which business you'd like to work in.
The finance scheme will last for up to 3 years during which time you will normally complete three 12 month placements. These will be at three different business units and this variety will allow you to experience the finance function from all sides i.e. dealing with customers and suppliers and the front end of the business and then the top down view from the centre looking at business accounts and Group reporting for the Board of Directors. Placements are normally allocated in the summer.
We want our finance graduates to become qualified professionals as quickly as possible so we will support you to achieve this by paying all related fees, study costs, revision courses and exams and provide you with time out of work to attend courses and study leave.
