Certificate in International Financial Reporting

This financial reporting certificate offers a broad introduction to the field of International Financial Reporting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). It traces the history of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) from its early roots through to recent changes and updates and future developments.

Who is it for?

If you are a professional accountant or auditor, qualified in accordance with your national accounting standards, then this is the qualification for you. You do not need to have any experience or formal qualifications in accounting and auditing to apply for this certificate.

Certificate in International Auditing

The certificate offers an introduction to the clarified International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). It covers the principles of ISAs through online tuition and objective assessment.

This qualification is structured in an accessible and user-friendly way that underlines key information and provides useful summaries. It examines and breaks down specific standards topic-by-topic. There are case studies which are based on real-life examples, many exercises, multiple-choice questions and sample answers for you to test your knowledge with as you progress through the course.

The certificate is also updated every year to make sure it stays relevant, and includes a topic by topic explanation of the specific clarified ISAs.

Who is it for?

If you are a professional accountant or auditor, qualified in accordance with your national accounting standards, then this qualification is for you as an introduction to International Standards on Auditing. You do not need to have any experience or formal qualifications in accounting and auditing to apply for this certificate.

Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards for SMEs

Around 95% of companies are small and medium-sized entities (SMEs). International Financial Standard (IFRS) for SMEs is a reporting standard tailored for small business and in the process of being adopted by many countries worldwide.

Even if you do not work for an SME, it is more than likely that you will do business with one. This means you will still need to gain a thorough understanding of this standard. You can achieve this with our CertIFRS for SMEs.

The certificate is designed to develop your knowledge of IFRS for SMEs. It will provide you with an understanding of the concepts and principles which underpin them, and their application in the international marketplace. It is also a cost-effective and flexible way for you to achieve CPD.

This qualification is delivered online to make studying around work and social commitments achievable. It's structured in an accessible way to help you understand the material and manage your study time effectively. It’s interactive as well as flexible – with end of chapter mock questions as well as video content.

The certificate comprises an online course and test. If you need to improve your knowledge in this area you can just take the course. If you are looking for formal recognition for the experience you already have you can just take the exam. Or you can do both depending on your needs.

Who is it for?

If you are a professional accountant who works for an SME or with SMEs, then this is the qualification for you. The CertIFRS for SMEs will help you develop an understanding of this new standard and how to apply it in the workplace. You do not need any formal qualifications to study the course or complete the assessment.
