Ethics and professionalism

ACCA takes a strong position on ethics and requires all ACCA members to adhere to our ethical code of conduct. Ethics also lie at the heart of ACCA Realise. An ethical declaration forms part of your annual CPD declaration. No matter what your chosen career path is, you should maintain and develop your ethical competence. You can access an extensive range of ethics resources on our website.

Professionalism is a dedication to work which requires a high level of skill and also a commitment to a set of principles centred on the public interest. At the heart of being an ACCA professional is the duty to serve the public interest. Engaging in CPD will demonstrate your commitment to professionalism and ensure your continued employability.
