Committee guidance notes for members of the public

If you attend a disciplinary hearing:

  • You must remain seated and not interact with members of the committee or the attending member/student or his/her representatives while the hearing is in progress
  • Refreshments are provided for the benefit of attending members/students, their representatives and staff only
  • Enter and exit through the rear door of the meeting room only, keeping noise to a minimum
  • No smoking is allowed in the building
  • Ladies and Gentlemen's toilets are situated in the basement of the building
  • No photography, video or recording equipment are allowed at any time in the building
  • No food to be consumed in the meeting room.
