To satisfy the practical experience requirements of the CAT qualification, you are required to gain at least 1 year of full-time supervised work experience in an accountancy or related role. Part-time work experience is acceptable and is calculated on a pro-rata basis, for example 1540 hours of part-time experience equates to one full year of experience.
