Better assurance starts with better understanding
This report, published by KPMG Sustainability ( Netherlands ), was launched at the G3 launch event held in Amsterdam . KPMG hosted an assurance panel discussion, looking at the questions raised by different stakeholders on assurance and the report looks to increase the understanding of assurance and progress on the discussion concerning the subject.
The report looks to highlight and clarify key elements of sustainability assurance and is especially aimed at those that are not experienced in the field. The report acts as a user manual, helping those reading assurance reports/statements by providing a "behind the scenes" perspective. The final chapter presents the key elements of KPMG's vision of the future development of sustainability assurance and role in this.
