World Economic Forum survey shows climate change has shot up business and political agenda
A survey of the 2,500 people who attended the annual meeting of the WEF in Davos revealed that one in five said tackling climate change was the biggest priority world leaders should focus on, in comparison to less than one in 10 a year ago.
Two-thirds of respondents also said they believe that the next generation will have more economic prosperity than today, with just over 12% that felt conditions will be unchanged and 20% indicated that the next generation will have a lot or a little less economic prosperity.
