IAASB opens consultation for its activities 2008-2010
The International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), the issuer of ISAE 3000, has announced a review to develop a strategic plan for its activities for the period 2008-2010. An initial public questionnaire sought views on, inter alia , the importance to be attached to developing a standard for assurance on sustainability reports. The IAASB plans to hold events and consult further during 2007, so it is important that reporters and stakeholders make their views known.
