ACCA Joins Advisory Board of Climate Disclosure Standards Board
ACCA has joined the Advisory committee to this group of businesses and Environmental organisations established out of the WEF to lobby for the advocate a generally accepted framework for corporations reporting climate change risk, carbon footprints, carbon reduction strategies and their implications for shareholder value. The CDSB will focus on lobbying for disclosure in financial statements of climate change related data, and on the development of a commonly accepted carbon related climate change reporting framework.
