We offer various entry points into ACCA studies, so your students can choose what’s right for them. With three GCSEs and two A Levels (or equivalent), they can start with Fundamentals training leading to the ACCA Qualification, or go on to achieve a BSc degree in Applied Accounting. If they don’t have the required qualifications, they can begin at the Foundation level with the Introductory Certificate.

Find out more about our range of qualifications

ACCA members come from a huge variety of educational backgrounds and go on to work in a wide range of sectors – anything from risk management and corporate finance in banks, to internal auditing for the NHS and the police. Meet some of our members and see what your students could be doing in a few years’ time.

90% of employers agree that ACCA is a world-class organisation, and with good reason. Our business-relevant qualifications boost students’ CV, provide valuable multi-sector experience and can lead to extremely competitive starting salaries. Your students might choose to complete the AAT qualification first, which gives a great grounding in the fundamentals of accountancy. If they go on to study for ACCA qualifications later, they’ll be exempt from certain papers.

Not all accountants come as the full package, and that’s where the ACCA Qualification really stands out from the crowd. Our students are fully grounded in all areas of finance and business, including reporting, audit and taxation. That means your students will be prepared for a rewarding career in any sector, helping them progress to senior level if they choose to. Find out more about the Complete Finance Professional.
