Tax Evasion, Tax Havens & the Taxpayers Charter

Following on from last year's successful event ACCA UK are pleased to invite you to an exclusive lecture 'Tax Evasion, Tax Havens & the Taxpayers Charter' presented by Mr Dave Hartnett, Permanent Secretary for Tax HMRC and Mr Steve Banyard, Director of the Business Customer Unit HMRC.
The presentation will cover:
- Tax havens, the new disclosure opportunity and HMRC's approach to hidden income and gains
- The relationship between tax administrations and tax advisors
- HMRC's strategic direction for the next few years
The event will be held at ACCA's headquarters at 29 Lincoln's Inn Fields, WC2A 3EE on Wednesday 9 December 2009.
The evening will commence at 17.30 with tea and coffee. The presentation will be held at 18.00 followed by a question and answer session. A drinks reception and buffet will follow the presentation. We aim to close at 21.30.
