Spillane is director of the Accenture Business Services organisation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She is responsible for over 500 people in shared services centres in Dublin and Prague, Czech Republic. These centres deliver multifunctional services to Accenture itself. In addition, she is also finance director for Accenture in Ireland.
