Annoop leads Accenture's global BPO sales across operating groups. Previously, he led the firm's global finance and accounting BPO business. Anoop joined Accenture in 1994 and has spent most of his career working in the BPO and shared service market across industry sectors, on a global basis. Between 2007 and September 2009, Anoop was responsible for the outsourcing business at Microsoft - one of Accenture's most complex outsourcing relationships.

 

Julie Spillane

JULIE SPILLANE, DIRECTOR, ACCENTURE GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES EMEA

Julie Spillane is director of the Accenture Global Services organisation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She is responsible for over 500 people in our shared services centres in Dublin and Prague, Czech Republic. These centres deliver multifunctional services to Accenture itself. In addition, she is also finance director for Accenture in Ireland.
Spillane graduated from National University of Ireland, Galway with a degree in electronic engineering followed by a postgraduate diploma in business studies. “I was immediately hooked on business,” she says. After completing the diploma, she went on to study accountancy and is now a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA).  She recently completed the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction.

He has unique in-depth and hands on experience in all aspects of the SSC and BPO business, from initiating and leading opportunities, developing compelling business cases and creative solutions, negotiating contracts and closing deals, through to the set-up and operational leadership in the delivery of large-scale outsourced shared services operations. This makes Sandy a highly sought after subject matter expert.

Sandy has lived and worked in several countries including The Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Australia, and India. He holds an MBA from City University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Liz has over 15 years of making outsourcing work in global organisations from the client side, and has successfully created organisations that deliver through onshore and offshore operations.
