Catherine is a Partner in the Tax division with BDO in Sydney. Catherine’s key focus at BDO is to provide M&A transactional, advisory and tax compliance services to clients.

Catherine regularly presents at industry seminars, including the Tax Institute of Australia, on corporate tax issues. Catherine also has experience in the strategic management of tax disputes, including client risk reviews and audits with the Australian Taxation Office. Catherine has over 20 years of experience advising on Corporate Tax matters with global consulting firms.

Lance Cunningham, National Leader Tax Technical, BDO

Lance is the tax technical leader for the BDO Australia Tax Practice and head of the National Tax Support Team. Lance has over 30 years of professional tax consulting experience with BDO and other large accounting firms. Prior to that Lance worked at the Australian Taxation Office in appeals, tax audit and other tax technical areas.
