Overview

You’ve been asked to lead an important project and the team members come from various departments across the organisation. You have no real authority over the team members, as they still have their day jobs, and still report to their line managers. There may also be the added complication of the team members not having worked together before and not knowing each other either.

How can you effectively lead this team and achieve the expected results? This webinar will provide you with knowledge on how to have power without authority and turn a group of individuals into a high-performing project team.

The webinar will cover:

  • the difference between power and authority
  • how to transform a group of individuals into an effective team
  • the four phases of the project management lifecycle
  • tips for effective relationship management.
