This year’s conference, running on 27-29 November, will help you prepare for the challenges you will face in your working life over the next year and beyond, and supercharge your career in today’s fast-changing environment.

Technology will be a central focus, with a line-up of authoritative speakers discussing issues such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics and blockchain - and their impact on the work of professional accountants. We’ll be exploring human interaction with technology, including new ACCA research on the importance of emotional intelligence in the digital age.

We’ll also be bringing you sessions filmed at the World Congress of Accountants, the ‘Olympics’ of the accountancy profession, held every four years, which is due to take place in Sydney a few weeks beforehand.

There will be sessions covering the whole range of issues: leadership, corporate reporting, audit, corporate governance, tax, accountants in practice, whistleblowing, how to boost your career, and much more. You’ll also get a chance to input into ACCA’s strategy into the next decade.

We’ll be unveiling more details and speaker names over the next few months.

The whole event will also offer up to 21 units of CPD.

If you cannot make the live event in November, the sessions will also be available on demand until March 2019.
