Responsibilities of panel members
Panel members act as ambassadors for us. They advise on CPD content, inform us of emerging relevant sector specific issues and provide a channel for communicating the views of members to the Ireland Committee, Council and staff.
Panels meet periodically throughout the year and there is some additional consultation by email between meetings. Panel members often attend and chair relevant virtual CPD events each year and panel work qualifies for CPD as long as it is relevant to your present career. Members may stand for one panel only and the maximum period any member may serve on a panel is nine years.
