Following consultation and feedback, the new LLP rules regarding salaried members are now in force, with effect from 6 April 2014.
Confusion still exists, however, over what will be considered ‘reasonable’ arrangements.
HMRC has issued new guidance, updated following the Budget. This provides guidance on the new rules and examples showing how the salaried member test is applied as a whole.
