Applications now open for ACCA’s Greece Internship Programme for 2019

Graduates across Greece can now kick-start their accounting, business and finance careers with world-leading accounting firms, through fantastic, paid internship opportunities offered by ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and its Joint Exam Scheme partner SOEL. Applications are now open for the 2019 internship scheme which partners with top firms including EY, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, Mazars and SOL Crowe.

There are 15 places available and the scheme begins from 1 October 2019 for three months, for 40 hours per week.

To apply, graduates must prepare a CV, a recent headshot and possess an English language certificate. Entrants must also complete an authorisation form (download here) and submit all the documents required to greeceinternship@accaglobal.com by Friday 19 July 2019. All documentation must be submitted in English only.

‘The internship scheme is now in its fourth year and it’s a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain paid work experience in a difficult job market, and learn from leading finance professionals in world-renowned accounting companies.

‘This is truly a great opportunity to gain valuable experience at the very top of the industry. Many of the graduates from previous years have gone on to gain permanent employment in the six leading accounting organisations in Greece following the scheme.’

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short phone interview comprised of two to three competency questions. Successful candidates will be invited to an all-day assessment taking place in Athens on Tuesday 10 September 2019.

Entrants must be graduates with a business or accountancy degree background and must have a minimum of a 2:1 degree (Very good, 6.5-8.49)
