This is the first issue of a new newsletter which will carry regulatory and technical information of significance to ACCA's insolvency licence holders. This material will include information on new Statements of Insolvency Practice (SIPs), pronouncements made by the Insolvency Practices Council, information on bonding and licensing arrangements and information of a disciplinary nature.
