How the qualification develops this quotient
The Strategic Professional exams require students to demonstrate professionalism. This includes Emotional Intelligence showing awareness of the relationships depicted within the business scenario.
Strategic Business Leader goes one step further. Within the work-relevant case study students undertake the role of a business professional interacting with other stakeholders.
Emotional intelligence is required for general skills such as communication and professional-specific skills such as evaluation and scepticism.
With its focus on seeing different stakeholder perspectives, Strategic Business Reporting provides multiple viewpoints. This encourages students to understand the impact of business decisions on various groups.
The Ethics and Professional Skills module (EPSM) enhances emotional intelligence through coaching on:
