Useful guidance for ACCA students
During this fast-moving scenario presented by the Covid-19 virus, we want to make sure students are informed about any key developments.
As you know, we have a range of online study support resources to support your learning and, if you are already booked for the June exams, look out for our regular support emails.
We realise that face-to-face classes may be disrupted and, if you are affected, your learning provider will be in touch to advise on alternative arrangements.
Many of our Approved Learning Partners are offering online learning – this could be a particularly useful study option because it’s so flexible. Many of the online learning platforms are often supplemented with social media tools to engage with classmates, as well as short videos, quizzes, and whiteboards to write on and share with your tutor and classmates.
Being able to connect with your fellow classmates can be good for your studies, but can also be good for your general wellbeing.
Please remember that our student wellbeing hub is available for advice and guidance about mental health, community support and lifestyle.
This may also be a good time to progress towards your ACCA Qualification by completing our Ethics and Professional Skills module (EPSM). This is flexible online e-learning and takes around 20 hours to complete with a fully integrated assessment.
As well as being a core part of the qualification, we know that students who complete EPSM are on average 20 per cent more successful in their Strategic Professional exams.
