Richard Moat

Richard is the former deputy CEO and CFO of Everything Everywhere Limited, the leading mobile telecoms operator in the UK. Before this, he was managing director of T-Mobile UK. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Richard spent 17 years with the Orange group. As corporate finance director, he was one of the senior management team which launched the business and developed it through the 90s to become one of the UK’s most recognised brands.
Jamie Lyon
Head of corporate sector, ACCA
Jamie Lyon leads ACCA's global research and insights programme on finance transformation with a particular focus on finance effectiveness; the evolving role of the finance function; the emerging role of the CFO; finance delivery models through shared services and outsourcing; finance talent development; and the finance learning agenda.
He has written and published articles and research studies on finance function effectiveness, talent development and people capability in finance, as well as spoken at events and conferences. He has worked in industry in a variety of finance management roles and at various organisations including Marks and Spencer.
